Property layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this recent photograph release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further images made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
